Abstract
An introduction to the Open Problems in Single-Cell Analysis project, a community-driven effort to benchmark key computational challenges in single-cell data analysis. The presentation included an overview of the project, it’s motivation how to get involved and an introduction to key technologies and concepts including Viash, Nextflow and the Open Problems task structure.
