Open Pipelines
Open Pipelines is an open-source effort to develop modular, reproducible pipelines for single-cell multiomics and spatial data analysis. The workflows aim to reliably and robustly process raw data to an interpretable, analysis-ready format, while being flexible enough to adapt to user needs.
The project is built on Viash and hosted on Viash Hub, allowing it to be truly modular and generate scalable and portable Nextflow workflows.
I contribute to the project as part of my work at Data Intuitive, adding new functionality, improving components and workflows and giving input on the design and development of the project. These repositories are also used as the foundation for private pipelines developed for pharmaceutical companies, as well as internal projects.
